Logistics Specialist for the Site Development of L+S in Oberbuchsiten

Help build logistics from the very beginning! For our new site in Oberbuchsiten, we are looking for logistics specialists who independently understand processes in a food business, execute them reliably, and take responsibility. This way, you actively shape structures, standards, and processes from the start.

What you will achieve

• You pick and palletise finished products according to orders and ensure timely availability.
• You prepare shipping orders, handle them properly, and ensure correct documentation.
• You organise containers and packaging materials and ensure their timely availability in daily operations.
• You process returns, post them in the blocked warehouse, and coordinate further steps with quality assurance.
• You manage the collection and handover of goods and materials with drivers, ensuring a smooth process.
• You consistently adhere to hygiene, quality, and biosecurity requirements and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of logistical processes at the new site.
• You operate industrial trucks such as sit-down and pedestrian stackers safely in daily use.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: You have completed vocational training in logistics or warehousing or have several years of practical experience in this field.
• Professional experience: You have experience in a warehouse, picking, or production logistics environment, ideally in the food industry. You understand logistical processes and their interrelations, from goods receipt through picking and packaging to transport and returns.
• You have good to very good German language skills in speaking and writing, at least at B2 level.
• You implement work instructions and process requirements independently, correctly, and reliably.
• You hold a valid forklift licence for sit-down and/or pedestrian stackers or are willing to obtain one at short notice.
• You work reliably, carefully, and responsibly and convince through teamwork and flexibility.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts) as well as in a cold room at 4 degrees and at normal room temperature.
• German (B1)
