Mandate Manager / Team Leader Fiduciary (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• Apply your expertise to advise our clients on a wide range of financial, payroll, tax and social security matters.
• Use intelligent solutions to automate processes, analyse data and optimise mandate management.
• Take on the coordination and supervision of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns.
• Lead and coach your team – you are a mentor and motivator.
• Show initiative and commitment in building new business relationships and support our clients through diverse, temporary deputy mandates.

What makes you successful

• Whether you hold a diploma as a fiduciary expert or comparable qualifications (e.g. expert in accounting and controlling, Master in Business Administration) – practical experience is what counts most with us.
• Your quick grasp and willingness to take responsibility play an important role with us.
• You convince through your commitment to sustainable mandate management and your positive demeanour.
• You gladly take on responsibility, quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and demonstrate a high level of service orientation.
