Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Leadership Responsibilities

Tasks

Program and set up 3-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards
Strictly adhere to safety regulations at work
Carry out maintenance and servicing of machines
Lead and coordinate a small milling team professionally

Requirements

Completed technical training as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
Several years of experience in CNC milling, especially in tool and mould making
Confident handling of technical drawings
Solid knowledge in setting up and programming with Mastercam
Independent, quality-oriented and solution-focused working style
