As Head of Digitalisation, you are responsible for the digital development of our IT and manage the implementation of strategic and professional requirements from the business. In doing so, you shape the central connection between business, digitalisation, and IT operations.

Your Area of Influence

You strategically capture business requirements and ideas, structure and evaluate them, and actively manage demand. Together with the business, you develop optimised processes and future-proof technological solutions.
You build and develop a digitalisation team with the designated roles of project management, business analysis, and solution design/development.
Together with your team, you lead digitalisation projects and ensure their effective implementation.
You build, manage, and maintain the digitalisation project portfolio and prepare prioritisation proposals for the management.
You are responsible for the user-oriented further development of our specialist applications and platforms, e.g. Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and develop corresponding digitalisation roadmaps together with the business and IT operations.
You ensure the business proximity and measurable benefit of our digitalisation investments.
You actively participate in the management team of the IT department. Together, you further develop the future IT organisation with the 2029+ target vision, define the necessary future-oriented roles, and maintain close communication with management and business units.

Your Profile

You have a higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of leadership and project experience in a comparable role at the interface between business and IT.
You are familiar with demand management, business analysis, process management, project portfolio management, and solution design.
You have experience with modern digital platforms and AI models, recognise relevant technology trends, and can assess their benefits for the company.
You combine strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with strong implementation skills and a pronounced focus on benefits.
You communicate appropriately for the audience, provide orientation, and win over different stakeholders for change.
You think ahead, constructively question the status quo, and consistently develop people, structures, and solutions.
