Your tasks

• Planning and execution of trade fairs and events
• Management of sponsorship engagements
• Coordination of printed materials
• Conceptualization and implementation of marketing and sales promotion measures
• Liaison in collaboration with associations and organizations
• Coordination and planning of photoshoots
• Support of the managing director in administrative matters

Your profile

• Commercial training EFZ or comparable qualification in marketing
• Further education in communication and marketing (CAS or professional certificate)
• Several years of experience in event management
• Confident handling of common Microsoft tools (e.g., Teams)
• Knowledge of Adobe programs InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with digital media and use of AI-generated tools
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
• Openness, strong communication skills, and decisiveness
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in planning and coordinating
• Creativity and team spirit
• Very good German skills; English and French are a plus
