What you will do
- Advising the ownership and safeguarding their interests throughout all project phases
- Leading the project team, consisting of specialists from architecture, specialist planning, engineering, marketing, client support and other service providers crucial to the project’s success, from the development of construction projects to completion
- Ensuring communication, documentation and coordination with all parties involved in the project
What you bring
- Completed basic training as a draughtsperson specialising in architecture as well as further training as a technician HF in construction planning, FH architect or equivalent further training
- Enjoyment of coordination, management, communication and leadership
- Reliable and conscientious working style
- Confident handling of numbers
- Highly communicative, assertive and a team player
- Flexible and competent personality motivated to take on a versatile, interesting and varied position with personal responsibility
