Your tasks
- You actively design and develop corporate mobility management further.
- You conceive and effectively implement communication measures.
- You establish and optimize systematic monitoring.
- You develop innovative mobility measures, implement them, and keep an eye on trends, innovations, and legal requirements.
- You plan and moderate training sessions and develop effective awareness measures.
- You maintain collaboration and professional exchange with the Mobility department.
- You take over fleet management for car, e-bike, Mobility, and cargo bike fleets and maintain exchange with external stakeholders.
Your profile
- You have training or a degree in mobility, environment, communication, or a related field.
- You bring experience in mobility or project management – ideally in sustainable mobility.
- You convince with communication strength, negotiation skills, and clear, target-group-oriented communication.
- You analyze data confidently and master monitoring tasks.
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
- You develop training sessions and conduct them confidently.
- You understand operational processes – from finance through personnel (e.g., fringe benefits) and legal matters to fleet and site management.
