We are looking for our Geneva office within the "Banking and Finance" group for an Administrative Assistant 50%
Your tasks:
- You assist the Partner, lawyers and legal assistants in handling incoming and outgoing mail
- You ensure deadline management and handle scheduling
- You manage calendars and answer phone calls
- You organize appointments, room bookings and travel arrangements
- You ensure document filing and proper maintenance and archiving of files
Your profile:
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or an MPC
- You have professional experience in legal secretarial work
- You have very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Word and Excel
- You have excellent written and spoken French and very good knowledge of English
- You work in an organized and reliable manner with a strong sense of discretion
- You know how to manage the stress inherent in a law firm activity and demonstrate flexibility
- You are Swiss or hold a valid work permit
