About the job
The foundation "focus youth" is a modern centre for special education in the Solothurn area and offers diverse and attractive school and residential options for young people with special care needs. Around 240 professionals are committed at various locations with the central aim of supporting the integration of clients into mainstream school, family, society, and the professional world.
For the Psychological Service, we are looking from 20 October 2026 (or by arrangement) until the end of the school year on 30 June 2027 (requirement: presence on Tuesday afternoons)

- Therapy support: Accompany therapy processes, including participation in individual and system discussions.
- Test diagnostics: Conduct psychological test assessments including evaluation and documentation.
- Documentation: File study as well as preparation of conversation and progress documentation.
- Specialist research: Thematic deepening and research work on psychological topics.
- Teamwork: Participation in team meetings.
- Project collaboration: Participation in ongoing projects (e.g. preparations for lectures or specialist documents).
- Interdisciplinarity: Insights into interdisciplinary collaboration, e.g. participation in case consultations, opportunities for observation in the areas of school and housing.
