Cleaning Staff / Internal Caretaking 100% (m/f/d)

We are a successful caretaking company based in Fislisbach since 2010.

Your tasks:

• Independent caretaking work for the assigned properties inside and outside according to the tour plan (cleaning staircases, corridors, underground car parks, cellars, lifts, glazing)
• Wiping outdoor areas and walkways and keeping green spaces tidy
• Technical inspections of the properties (heating pressure checks, refilling softening systems, visual checks of all pumps, monthly meter readings)
• Container preparations
• Responsibility for company vehicle including equipment and operating materials

You bring with you:

• You have experience in cleaning, caretaking or technical maintenance
• You are reliable, independent and careful in your work
• You can communicate well in German and implement written work instructions
• You hold a category B driving licence
• You enjoy working with people and have a neat appearance
