About the job
Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily with 400 clients. With around 180 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden and provide care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations.
Health Specialist EFZ in Evening Shift (approx. 30%)
Your tasks:
- Supporting the teams between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Individual care and support of our clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Performing medical-technical tasks (e.g., blood sugar control, insulin injections)
- Administering medication
- Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining the individual resources of our clients
- Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, accompanying employees in the autonomous team
What you bring:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Sense of responsibility, empathy, keen observation skills
- Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and cultures
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), understanding of Swiss German
- Driver's license category B or enjoyment of cycling
