Health Specialist EFZ in Late Shift (approx. 30%)

About the job

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client with us. Daily, we are active with 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden and provide care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations.

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and keen observation skills
• Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and cultures
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), understanding of Swiss German
• Driving licence category B or enjoyment of cycling

Your tasks

• Supporting the teams between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm
• Individual care and support of our clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
• Performing medical-technical tasks (e.g. blood sugar monitoring, insulin injections)
• Administering medication
• Recognising, promoting, and maintaining the individual resources of our clients
• Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, and accompanying employees in the autonomous team
