For an established and internationally active company in the field of professional kitchen technology, we are looking for a motivated individual as a Service Technician for Large Kitchen Technology (m/f/d). The company develops and supports high-quality technical solutions for gastronomy, hospitality, healthcare, and other professional kitchen operations.
Service Technician for Large Kitchen Technology (m/f/d) 100% Bern Region - Bernese Oberland
• Independently manage your area of operation in the Bern and Bernese Oberland region
• Maintenance, service, and repair work on professional kitchen appliances and technical systems
• Commissioning and handover of new devices and systems to customers
• Analyse and resolve technical faults on site
• Conduct fault diagnostics and develop sustainable solutions
• Provide technical advice and support to customers
• Train and instruct users in handling the systems
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

We expect:
• Completed basic technical training, for example as an automation technician, electrician, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent
• Experience in technical service or customer service is an advantage
• Enjoy working independently and taking high personal responsibility
• Customer-oriented manner and good communication skills
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for troubleshooting
• Willingness to participate in a fairly regulated on-call service
• Driving licence category B
• Ideally residing in the Bern, Thun, Interlaken, Spiez region or surroundings
