Group Practice Winterthur
As a leader with overall professional responsibility for psychiatry in a group practice, you will play a central role for the responsible employees.
Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the responsible specialist area
- Conducting assessments and treatments of adults from the entire spectrum of psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the psychotherapeutic group practice
- Management of the internal pharmacy according to official guidelines
- Leadership of the Winterthur training centre (Category B)
- Ensuring psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapy according to the current state of science and the company’s quality requirements, taking into account efficient service delivery
Your Profile
- Federally recognised specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy with professional experience in Switzerland
- Proven record in responsible medical work with demonstrated leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Analytical mindset and understanding of LEAN processes and digitalisation
- Confident use of MS Office and administrative software in a clinical environment
