For over 30 years, Thömus has been developing and producing high-quality Swiss bikes in Oberried near Bern. With our own development team, the Swiss Bike Park and strong international partners, we are among the most innovative bike manufacturers in Europe.

YOUR MISSION

You will become part of our product management and actively work on making our bikes even better.

You compare new components, observe trends, support the development of new models and ensure that every specification is correct down to the smallest detail. At the same time, you ensure that our product data is complete, up-to-date and well maintained – because perfect bikes are created not only on the trail but also with a precise data basis.

You work closely with development, purchasing, production, marketing and our international suppliers and gain a unique insight into the creation of our bikes.

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Participation in the development of new Thömus bikes
• Evaluation of new components and innovative technologies
• Market and competitor analyses
• Participation in defining the optimal bike specifications
• Management and maintenance of components, parts lists and product data
• Support of our product configurator with technical data, images and texts
• Participation in product tests and launches
• Creation of technical documents for sales, workshop and production
• Collaboration with the world’s leading manufacturers in the bike industry

WHAT YOU BRING:

Above all: passion for bikes.

Ideally, you regularly ride a mountain bike, road bike or gravel bike yourself. You are interested in new technologies, know the differences between components and want to understand why a bike rides the way it does.

In addition, you bring:

• a technical education (e.g. bike mechanic or equivalent) or solid technical bike know-how
• enjoyment of structured work and technical details
• high affinity for digital systems and product data
• good German skills as well as English for communication with international partners
• motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
