As part of a reorganization, we are looking for a personality who leads their large team with appreciation and clarity, actively pitches in during everyday life – including weekends – and actively helps shape the further development of the department.

Requirements

You bring solid professional skills in housekeeping, at least a professional qualification.
You have experience and enjoy actively leading and developing a team.
You are committed to high service quality and continuously develop processes.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in a nursing home where housekeeping is also responsible for the dining service for residents.
You are a resilient and flexible personality and enjoy working with elderly people.
