Property Manager: Condominium Ownership – for experienced professionals in retirement

You have led owners' associations through heated meetings, brought renovations across the finish line, and built renewal funds that still hold today. This experience cannot be learned in any course. It is the result of decades of practice – and that is exactly what we rely on.

Together with us, you stay engaged – as much and as often as you wish. No large portfolios, no compulsory programme. Instead, individual condominium owners' associations that you accompany with all your experience and at your own pace.

ANMAT ImmoTreuhand AG is a boutique property management company headquartered in Küssnacht am Rigi with a location in Pfäffikon SZ – specialising in condominium ownership in Central Switzerland. In the generational change, we are renewing our digital and procedural foundation with care and continuing to develop – become a part of it.

Your field of activity

• You manage individual, selected condominium owners' associations in the canton of Schwyz. Where you work will be discussed together.
• You prepare owners' meetings, lead them with calm and confidence, and accompany the implementation of resolutions passed.
• You oversee maintenance and renovations, advise on the renewal fund, and act as a competent contact person for the administrative committees.
• You pass on your know-how to our young generation of property managers – in joint mandates, at meetings, and in daily exchange.
• You contribute your perspective to the further development of our processes and working tools. Because you know from experience what works in practice.

What you bring

• Many years of experience in managing condominium ownership
• Confidence in conducting meetings, regulations, and condominium ownership law
• Composure when emotions run high, and the skill to bring all parties along
• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and supporting young colleagues in their development
• Openness to new working methods and digital tools. We will of course support you during onboarding.
