To complement our team, we are looking for an

Event Manager in the Cultural Sector 80%

No day is like the other: Sometimes you organise in the office, sometimes you are right on site in the middle of the action. You always keep an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We are looking for a committed personality who plans and implements our touring performances with organisational talent, a touch of creativity and a lot of passion.

Your stage:

• You plan, coordinate and organise the execution of over 100 touring performances and gain insight into ticketing
• You work closely with the project management and the team
• You recruit our helpers, plan their assignments and are their central contact person – also at the performances on site, where you guide them
• You communicate with venues and partners
• You ensure that the right material – or the right person – is in the right place at the right time
• You think of things before others realise they are needed
• You are present when performances take place (Saturday + Sunday during the day)

What you bring:

• Organisational talent, initiative, structured working
• Experience in event management or project management
• High resilience and flexibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork/contact with people
• You are reliable – you present yourself in a friendly, respectful and professional manner
• With your hands-on mentality, you not only think along but also pitch in
• You are mobile, willing to travel and hold a driving licence (Category B)
• You write and communicate confidently in German and are proficient in MS Office
