Property Manager (80-100%) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are the main contact person for the management of the cooperative residential properties entrusted to you in the greater Kloten area
You work closely with the responsible caretakers
You take on the rental of apartments
You support budgeting, cost control, debt collection and invoice accounting
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education EFZ with further training in the real estate sector
Ideally, you bring several years of experience in property management
You hold a category B driving licence
You have good knowledge of German
