Tasks
- Review stationary cost coverage requests with medical reports.
- Coordinate between clients, service providers, and Sanitas.
- Provide personal consultation for clients in specific situations.
Skills
- Hold a completed medical or commercial education and experience.
- Strong French and Italian skills (C1 level, oral and written).
- High service orientation and proactive work ethic.

About the job
What you achieve:
- Review of inpatient cost approval requests based on medical reports in collaboration with the trusted physician
- Coordination between customer, service providers and Sanitas
- Individual and personal advice as well as support for customers in specific life situations (e.g. hospitalisations)
- By offering unique services, you create real added value for our customers in daily telephone and written contact (inbound and outbound)
Why you succeed:
- You have very good French and Italian skills (level C1 spoken and written)
- You have completed medical or commercial training
- Several years of experience in social insurance or healthcare
- You convince our customers through your high service orientation, your can-do attitude and your committed way of working
- You enjoy personal, telephone and written contact with people and are interested in health topics
