What to expect
- Administrative support for the Product Managers
- Operational responsibility for the entire process of article and supplier onboarding, from data collection to online activation
- Independent article creation in our ERP systems and monitoring of the entire process
- Initiation and follow-up of content corrections and maintenance of article accessories
- Creation and billing of manufacturer bonuses and rebates, including dunning and control
- Importing and maintaining price lists in the import tool
- Clarification of supplier inquiries in connection with customer feedback/requests
- Other administrative tasks as agreed with the Category Lead
What you bring
- You have completed commercial training, ideally in trade or e-commerce. Initial professional experience is an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office and work confidently with digital tools
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English. Your working style is precise, independent, and solution-oriented
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, you find it easy to coordinate within the team and with external partners and you know how to set priorities
- In addition, you have a service-oriented attitude, are committed, and enjoy working in a team
- You have an affinity and enthusiasm for the toy sector
