Your Tasks

You ensure the high-quality and quantitative care of our inpatient residents
You care for the residents in everyday life according to their individual needs and our care guidelines
You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
You independently and thoroughly maintain the care documentation
You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and gladly share your knowledge with colleagues
You accompany our trainees during their training

What You Bring

Training as a Health Specialist and several years of professional experience in long-term care as well as completed vocational trainer course
You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
Commitment and joy in the varied tasks and in dealing with elderly people
Good oral and written German skills
You have good IT skills
