A start with perspective – develop yourself with us and actively shape
your professional everyday life!
For our day clinic or outpatient area, we are looking for a motivated team member for our locations in Münchenbuchsee, Bern and Biel. We look forward to a person who has already gained professional experience in psychiatry and psychotherapy and wishes to deepen their further training and expertise in the day clinic/outpatient area in psychiatry and psychotherapy. The activity is characterised by close interprofessional collaboration with the responsible senior physician as well as the specialist psychologists.
The position is ideal for specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy: Our clinic is a recognised training centre (Category A inpatient, B outpatient), so 3 years inpatient and 2 years outpatient can be credited. Rotations in the inpatient area are possible. It is important to us that your tasks match your interests and strengths. Therefore, we are happy to take the time to get to know you personally and jointly examine how you can contribute and develop best.
You medically treat our patients throughout the entire day clinic/outpatient treatment process – from the initial interview to the end of therapy. In doing so:
You fit particularly well with us if you appreciate a team culture at eye level, are open to new perspectives and would like to develop professionally and personally.
Privatklinik Wyss AG offers you variety and opportunities for shaping your work. You can expect a varied working day with rotation possibilities in different settings as well as close, interdisciplinary collaboration in open-minded, motivated and interprofessional teams. We offer you comprehensive internal and external training opportunities, regular supervisions and structured support during your specialist training. The exchange with colleagues is personal and decision-making paths are short. We work with flexible working time models and use modern technologies wherever possible to support our flexibility. We rely on personal responsibility as well as the competencies of our employees and specifically promote these in their development. Our unique corporate culture and our leadership principles are an integral part of our daily work and thus provide us with a reliable framework for working at eye level.
