About the job

Are you familiar with production, keep an overview and enjoy working in a team? Then you are in the right place with us. With your commitment, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on your production line and that our high quality, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

What you achieve

• You ensure a smooth process on the assigned production line
• You operate and monitor machines and equipment professionally and ensure safe operation
• You coordinate the workflows on the line and assign employees appropriately
• You ensure that quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations are consistently observed
• You carry out quality checks during production and document deviations or disruptions
• You implement the production plans together with the team leader and contribute to the timely completion of orders

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Food industry
• Professional experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
• You have knowledge of production processes, machine operation and quality assurance
• You have experience in food production, ideally in a comparable role
• You convince with leadership skills, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
• You work reliably, team-oriented and communicate clearly and appropriately
• You consistently observe safety, hygiene and quality requirements
• German (B1)
