Development Engineer Electronics 80-100%
To strengthen our Product Engineering Team for the area of Industrial Applications at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-oriented and highly motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
The Industrial Applications department is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative, high-quality technical products and technologies in the industrial environment, particularly in the areas of process heat and infrared technologies.
Your tasks
Development of electronic assemblies and embedded software (e.g., power and control electronics, new heating technologies, communication interfaces)
Project and sub-project management for assigned product projects, from idea to product launch according to the innovation process
Support for the production and assembly of functional samples, prototypes, and initial series.
Product acceptance through device and system tests including EMC measurements in our laboratory
Joint responsibility for the proper and timely execution of conformity assessments according to project requirements, guidelines, standards, and laws
Creation of the necessary device and development documentation
Support in product maintenance and continuous improvement of existing solutions
Your Profile
Completed degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, control engineering, or related fields (FH, ETH)
Knowledge in circuit development and/or software development (C) in a cost-sensitive environment
very good ECAD user skills (Altium Designer) and ideally experienced in working with ERP systems (SAP)
lnitial experience in project management (SCRUM, Agile-Hybrid Methodology)
very high quality orientation, enjoyment in developing innovations in an interdisciplinary team
very good German and good English skills in spoken and written
