Medical Practice Assistant in Plastic Surgery

Start on 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as

• You care for patients at reception and on the telephone and assist during consultations
• You perform blood draws and support wound care, dressing changes and aesthetic-cosmetic procedures
• You coordinate consultations and surgery appointments and communicate with internal and external partners
• You prepare medical reports and doctor’s letters, process cost estimates and take on administrative tasks
• You ensure the smooth running of the practice and are responsible for material management and ordering

• You have training as an MPA or medical secretary and ideally experience in a practice or clinic
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and are confident in using IT systems
• You enjoy direct patient contact and working in the consultation
• You are a team player, resilient and service-oriented; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
