Your Employer
The main department Forest and Landscape, with its 25 employees, is responsible for the care of the forest and various nature conservation areas within the city.Your Tasks
- Invasive neophytes are plants introduced from foreign regions that spread massively at the expense of native species. They threaten biodiversity in the city forest. City Green Winterthur is looking for students (maximum 7) who, under the guidance of a group leader, pull out neophytes such as Canadian goldenrod or glandular balsam in nature conservation areas of the city forest.
- Deployment: Calendar week 30 + calendar week 31 daily from 8 am to 1 pm
Your Profile
- Minimum age: 14 years
- Place of work: City forest Winterthur, meeting point: Breite (mini golf course)
- Equipment: Robust clothing, rain protection, good footwear. Gloves will be provided by City Green Winterthur. Tick vaccination (FSME) is recommended.

Salary: Young people aged 14 and 15 CHF 9.78 gross/hour
Young people aged 16 and 17 CHF 14.67 gross/hour
