Regional Police Wohlen
Büttikon, Dintikon, Hägglingen, Uezwil, Villmergen, Waltenschwil, Wohlen Wohlen is the largest municipality in the Freiamt and the fourth largest in the canton of Aargau. With around 18,000 inhabitants and about 8,500 jobs, Wohlen is the most important residential and economic location in the Freiamt and takes on essential central functions.
The Regional Police Wohlen, with a staff of 23 employees, is responsible for local security in Wohlen and 7 contract municipalities (Büttikon, Dintikon, Hägglingen, Uezwil, Villmergen, Waltenschwil, Wohlen) with a total of around 39,000 inhabitants. We are a modern and dynamic corps and need reinforcement. To complement our team, we are looking for someone starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement. Police Officer (80 -100 %) Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining peace, order, and security
- Initial interventions and assistance in all police matters
- Traffic police duties and actions in moving and stationary traffic
- Execution of tasks from other authorities
- Documentation of minor crimes
- Patrol activity as part of an irregular 24-hour shift service (no on-call duty) Requirements Profile
- Completed police training (certificate / federal competency certificate)
- Dynamic personality with assertiveness
- Willingness to take on additional duties, training, and further education
- High social competence, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
