FI-Partner GmbH is a young company in the field of company formation, business consulting, accounting and taxes. Our clients include SMEs and private individuals from the FR, BE, SO regions, as well as ZG, ZH and SG.

Tasks

We are looking for a fiduciary employee. Your tasks include posting documents in client accounting records, regular checks according to specific quality criteria, as well as preparing outstanding items. You will also prepare VAT returns and sales reconciliations. You work independently, but in close exchange with your colleagues.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Open communication style, enjoyment of numbers

• Knowledge of Bexio mandatory (including VAT)

• Experience with Banana an advantage

• Independent, conscientious, reliable working style

• Several years of professional experience in accounting/fiduciary an advantage

• Further training in accounting/fiduciary an advantage (clerk)

• Very good Microsoft Excel (without VBA) and Outlook skills

• Native or fluent German
