We are a dynamic and committed ward with around 50 employees and trainees. Our focus is on patients with supplementary insurance from the specialist areas of geriatric and neurological acute medicine as well as geriatric, neurological, and oncological rehabilitation. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.

Your Tasks

Ensuring effective, patient- and outcome-oriented care in collaboration with qualified nursing staff according to existing care plans and within professional competencies

Maintaining cleanliness and order in patient rooms, utility and work areas, contributing to a homely, tidy, and comfortable environment for patients and guests

Assessing care situations and triggering appropriate responses in acute situations

Conducting simple, everyday consultations regarding nutrition, personal hygiene, and clothing

Maintaining comprehensive nursing documentation as well as recording all services provided

Participating in projects and supporting the department management and the entire team to ensure the best possible quality of care

Organising patient transports and escorts

Ensuring a hospitable service, especially regarding meal preparation and service

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

Professional experience in acute care or rehabilitation desired

Flexible, resilient, and motivated personality with great empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
