The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. Profile
The future collaborator has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform their work achieving high-quality results; they have ease in learning new techniques and are interested in innovations; they can work independently and use their time effectively and efficiently. They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention.
Necessary requirements
- certificate of care assistant and/or federal certificate of competence as a socio-health operator (or recognized equivalent qualifications)
- availability to work all shifts (including nights)
- good stress management
- attitude towards quality service and multidisciplinary collaboration
- balanced character, flexibility, and positive attitude
- knowledge of main IT tools (office package) is essential
