Your tasks
- You are responsible for the disposition and order processing of our assortment in the Curaden dental depot.
- You process order confirmations and check supplier invoices.
- You monitor compliance with timely deliveries and ensure high product availability.
- You manage dunning regarding outstanding goods receipts and order confirmations.
- You maintain our master data reliably and carefully.
- You work closely with suppliers as well as internal interfaces such as sales, logistics, and product management.
- You check price adjustments and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
- You actively participate in optimizing purchasing processes and purchasing strategies.
- You conduct market analyses and monitor price developments as well as procurement trends.
- You ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education.
- You have several years of experience in purchasing; further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist, is an advantage.
- You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
- Your MS Office skills are very good, especially your Excel skills.
- Your English skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
- You have a networked and logical way of thinking.
- You have a quick grasp and enjoy a varied and independent activity.
- You work structured, reliably, and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
