Your tasks

• You are responsible for the disposition and order processing of our assortment in the Curaden dental depot.
• You process order confirmations and check supplier invoices.
• You monitor compliance with timely deliveries and ensure high product availability.
• You manage dunning regarding outstanding goods receipts and order confirmations.
• You maintain our master data reliably and carefully.
• You work closely with suppliers as well as internal interfaces such as sales, logistics, and product management.
• You check price adjustments and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
• You actively participate in optimizing purchasing processes and purchasing strategies.
• You conduct market analyses and monitor price developments as well as procurement trends.
• You ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education.
• You have several years of experience in purchasing; further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist, is an advantage.
• You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• Your MS Office skills are very good, especially your Excel skills.
• Your English skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
• You have a networked and logical way of thinking.
• You have a quick grasp and enjoy a varied and independent activity.
• You work structured, reliably, and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
