We assist our clients - from innovative startups to international large corporations - in optimising their financial structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Manager, you take on a key role: you lead projects, develop customised solutions and are a trusted contact for our clients. - Tax compliance & year-end structuring: strategic tax planning and accounting
- Due diligence: financial and tax evaluations in M&A transactions

- Cross-disciplinary collaboration on projects with colleagues from Transfer Pricing, Legal, Management Consulting, Audit, Tax Technology, and other specialists
- Central role as Manager in contributing to, coordinating and steering the delivery of high-quality services
- Mentoring and development of junior professionals
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Unleash your full potential in a work environment characterised by team spirit, trust and mutual support
Who we are looking for
- Certified fiduciary expert, certified tax expert, certified public accountant or equivalent recognised qualification in accounting or taxation
- Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services, tax consulting or audit
- Client orientation: ability to communicate complex matters clearly and build client relationships
- Leadership qualities: motivating and developing teams
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- An existing client portfolio with the willingness and potential to integrate it into the Deloitte environment
