About the job

• You ensure the agogically oriented support, promotion and care of adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviour
• You promote, activate and accompany our users specifically according to their individual abilities
• You support the users in leading as self-determined and good a life as possible
• You maintain client documentation

• You have completed training as a Care Specialist, Child Care Specialist, Health Specialist, Elderly Care Nurse, Certified Disability Care Worker or Curative Education Nurse
• You hold a certificate as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing the further training
• You preferably have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
• You are a team player and work resource-oriented
• You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
• Irregular working hours are a matter of course for you
