Your tasks
- Proper preparation of dishes and meals taking into account nutritional and quality standards
- Assisting with portioning, presentation and distribution of meals for residents, patients or guests
- Ensuring and complying with all hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP guidelines
- Close cooperation with the kitchen team as well as adjacent areas to ensure a smooth kitchen operation
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook or comparable qualification in the field of gastronomy and communal catering
- Initial professional experience in a large kitchen, company kitchen, hospital kitchen or care facility is an advantage
- Independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- High degree of reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays within the framework of a regulated duty roster
