Main tasks
- Collaboration in the insurance operations support team
- Support for managers as well as departments and groups of insurance supervision in administrative and operational matters
- Independent handling of defined specialist and support tasks in daily business
- Participation in the further development and optimization of workflows and process standards
Profile
- Commercial training or similar further education
- Several years of professional experience (3 – 5 years) in a specialist-oriented support or coordination function
- Strong service and solution orientation as well as enjoyment of careful, reliable work
- Structured, responsible, and discreet way of working
- Team-oriented person with interest in stable processes and clear responsibilities
- Good IT affinity and understanding of data and process contexts
- Very good language skills in German (C2), English and French (B2)
