SIGNAL AG is a full-service provider of products, systems, and services for signaling, information, parking management, marking, and traffic control, employing a total of 280 employees at its headquarters in Büren an der Aare and 13 locations throughout Switzerland.

To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Büren an der Aare, we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) 60% – 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks include:

• Analyzing professional and technical requirements as well as creating specifications and documentation based on business requirements
• Advising internal customers and supporting document management, process automation, and digitization
• Ensuring the operation of applications and their surrounding systems
• Analyzing disruptions and resolving them in the productive system
• Conducting functional tests
• Participating in ongoing projects

What we expect

• Degree in (business) computer science FH, university, or comparable education
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT project manager
• Experience in configuration, SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Very good language skills in German (spoken and written), French and English (spoken)
• Networked thinking, flexibility, resilience, professional and methodological competence
