Your role with us

You will manage art projects holistically from planning to execution:

• Project management: Operational handling of national and international art transports (air, sea, road).
• Customer service: Advising museums, galleries, auction houses, and private collectors.
• Network & customs: Collaboration with our global network, customs agencies, and preparation of transport- and customs-relevant documents.
• Billing: Order invoicing and cost control.

What you bring

• Education: Commercial basic training (ideally freight forwarding clerk EFZ) or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Practical experience in freight forwarding (sea, air, truck); experience in art or special logistics is an advantage.
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Profile: Organisational talent, composure, discretion, and customer orientation.
