As the only nursing center in Northwestern Switzerland, we offer professional care and support for people with tracheostomy – with or without ventilation. Our residents also benefit from:
Care for complex medical needs such as port systems, drains, or central venous access
Intensive interprofessional collaboration – nursing, doctors, therapists, all pulling together
Our mobile home doctor service and proximity to the hospital – 24/7 medical security guaranteed

Your Tasks
- You take over the care and support of residents with complex medical needs – e.g., with tracheostomy, ventilation, port/PICC line, or drains
- You independently carry out professionally demanding nursing interventions
- You observe, document, and assess the health status – and recognize changes early
- You work interprofessionally with doctors, therapists, and other professional groups
- You accompany relatives empathetically and competently – even in demanding situations
- You contribute your expertise to the team and help to further develop our high standards
- You ensure a safe, respectful, and activating nursing environment in which our residents feel comfortable and well cared for
Who are we looking for? A certified nurse HF or FH who...
- cares with heart, brain, and humor
- enjoys working in a highly specialized field or is already a professional in it
- keeps an overview – even when three alarms beep simultaneously
- lives team spirit – we have no lone fighters
- takes responsibility and really wants to make a difference
- already has professional experience with tracheostomy or definitely wants to learn it
- demonstrates high flexibility, reliability, and integrative communication skills
- has very good German language skills in speaking and writing
