From April 2024 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Specialist FMH as Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (60–100%, m/f/d)

You have an FMH specialist title in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Locomotor System or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Rheumatology as well as at least three years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. It is an interesting challenge for you to set and implement above-average high-quality standards. Our holistic treatment concept requires understanding and openness to recognized complementary medical applications. You take over the medical management of the musculoskeletal rehabilitation and spa area. Your main tasks include the independent care of inpatient rehab and spa patients as well as determining the treatment steps. You conduct ward rounds and interdisciplinary reports and are the first point of contact for patients as well as for the staff of the practice, nursing, and therapy teams. You work closely with professionals from various areas and ensure high treatment quality. A seamless and meaningful documentation as well as recording of medical services is a matter of course for you. You are responsible for on-call and weekend duties and participate in them. In addition to working on the ward, you provide outpatient medical services in your own consultation hours; for guests of Hof Weissbad AG as well as for external patients. With first-class medical advice, you manage to build a close relationship with patients and gradually expand the patient base. You take responsibility for the further development of the health center's offerings as well as for their promotion. This includes, for example, giving lectures and maintaining contact with referrers and service providers in the region.
