In your role as Head of Central Services, you ensure that processes run smoothly and that the Uitikon Measures Center is efficiently supported.

Your contribution with us
- Professional and personnel management of Central Services with direct leadership of a team of five employees
- Optimization of workflows and processes within the department and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Operational role in daily business with active participation in administrative and organizational core tasks
- Responsibility for finances and budget while complying with ICS requirements
- Project management at various levels (MZU, JuWe, Canton) with leadership and coordination of cross-departmental and strategic projects
- Participation in the management team with co-development of MZU and JuWe strategies and their implementation
What you bring
- Degree at the level of Advanced Technical College (HF) in business administration, management, or a related field
- At least eight years of professional experience, including two years in a leadership position
- Further training in leadership and project management to successfully lead teams and projects
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to work efficiently and structured
- High independence, personal responsibility, and interconnected thinking to successfully master even complex challenges
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and SAP
