The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a care and support centre with 300 beds. Across 14 wards including care, support and two protected areas, we accompany people with physical and psychological impairments in a home with individual, appreciative care.

As a nursing specialist, you are a valuable part of our night watch team. With empathy and professional competence, you accompany our residents through their daily lives. Among other things, you take on:

• You contribute holistically to the care of our residents, meeting them at eye level, with empathy and appreciation.
• You respond to the wishes and habits of our elderly and care-dependent residents and implement these appropriately.
• Committed, you support and complement our motivated night watch team.
• Perform and ensure individual and professional care.
• Care during the night as well as compliance with applicable house rules and guidelines.
• Careful documentation of all services.
• Active participation in handovers and team meetings.

• You have a completed, Switzerland-recognised training as a nursing specialist HF / Dipl.
• Experience with RAI RUG, care level system
• You are empathetic and enjoy working with elderly, aged and mentally ill people.
• You are a team player, flexible and have a high service orientation.
• You have good German skills and independently carry out administrative tasks on the computer, including documentation.
• Shift lasts from 20:30 to 06:39.
