Tasks:
- examine and pre-notify, independently or in collaboration with other Section Offices, construction applications, notifications, and other projects regarding the application of federal and cantonal legislation on environmental, water, and energy protection
- make observations in opposition or appeal procedures within the examination of construction applications and notifications
- participate in preliminary meetings with designers for the correct setup of procedures
- follow procedures related to special installations for the storage of water-harmful liquids
- update the register of installations for the storage of water-harmful liquids
- conduct verification inspections and controls on site
Requirements:
- (bachelor level) architect or engineer
- good knowledge of environmental protection and work experience in the public and/or private sector
- good knowledge of administrative and legal procedures related to construction applications
- proficiency in Italian and good writing skills
- good interpersonal skills with colleagues and external contacts
- good aptitude for using and learning computer applications
- good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- willingness to participate in working groups and attend training courses
- good knowledge of Italian and spoken knowledge of official languages
