To support our IT team, we are looking for a proactive personality as an IT Project Manager for the location Aarau immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You plan, lead, and coordinate complex IT‑projects throughout the entire project lifecycle and are responsible for budget, deadlines, resources, as well as quality including reporting and internal project representation
- You gather and analyze business‑requirements, translate them into technical specifications, solution concepts, and system architectures, and develop smart technical solutions from them
- You manage and coordinate collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and IT‑service providers
- You maintain and further develop existing IT‑applications and effectively integrate information technologies into the company
- You create relevant documentation such as technical concepts, user stories, test plans, operational documentation, and instructions, initiate and conduct necessary training measures
Your profile
- IT specialist EFZ, completed studies in computer science or comparable technical fields
- Further education as a business informatics specialist or equivalent training
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Windows Server, enterprise architecture, etc.
- Knowledge of project methods (Hermes, Waterfall, etc.) as well as IPMA certification or similar
- Precise, customer-oriented, and independent working style
- High personal responsibility and reliability as well as good communication skills
- Ability for conceptual work, consulting, and solving complex problems
- Ideally, you bring public transport experience
