Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH as
Residential Area Manager/ Deputy Nursing Manager 80-100%

• You lead staff professionally and personally and ensure the care processes in your department
• You plan and organize daily care and are the point of contact for your
team and the residents and their relatives
• You are responsible for duty and vacation planning
• Together with the nursing management, you plan and lead regular
team meetings and training sessions

• Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with relevant training
• Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector and enjoyment in dealing with elderly and demented people
• Networked thinking and organizational talent
• You think economically and are skilled in using electronic tools such as Office, care documentation systems (RAI LTCF, CareCoach) and duty planning systems
• You can express yourself confidently and fluently in spoken and written German
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (no night shifts)
