About the job
Your Tasks:

- Use regulatory requirements to shape the positioning of asset managers, for example regarding sustainability, an innovative product offering, or location policy.
- You analyse the companies, their competition, as well as the customer needs of retail and institutional investors, and prepare the results both in a structured and management-oriented manner.
- With increasing experience, you take on more responsibility, represent work results to our clients, manage sub-projects, lead project colleagues, and become more involved in acquisitions.
- Would you like to take on even more responsibility? Use the opportunity to help shape studies (e.g. our European Asset Management Study) and publish your own articles/whitepapers, or get involved in recruiting and university marketing.
Your Skills:
- You have successfully completed your business studies (Master’s or PhD) or a comparable academic qualification.
- Ideally, you already have professional or project experience in consulting, the financial industry, an asset management company, an asset manager, or a FinTech.
- You bring professional know-how in asset management as well as in the associated business processes and functions (front-to-back) of an asset management company or an asset manager.
- You understand how to combine your capital market-oriented knowledge of liquid and illiquid asset classes with regulatory requirements (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SFDR, CSRD).
- You think strategically and enjoy questioning the status quo.
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level, business fluent) as well as good English skills (at least B2 level, fluent) in spoken and written form. #LI-EK1 #LI-Hybrid
