Flying Teachers professionalizes language teaching and develops tailored learning solutions for private individuals, companies, and institutions.
We organize language exams, train teachers, and have been working for many years with partners from business and the public sector. Our goal is clear: to make education accessible and effective.
Your role
You are the central contact point for our customers and coordinate the organization of our language courses and exams. You ensure that processes function in a structured, efficient, and reliable manner.
Your tasks
- Advising our private and corporate customers by phone and email in German, English, and French
- Organizing and coordinating language courses for private and business customers
- Planning and administrative execution of language exams (e.g., telc, fide, KDE, CCIP)
- Interface between customers, teachers, and internal team
- Independent handling of administrative tasks in daily business
- Coordination with internal departments such as marketing, accounting, and quality assurance
- Participation in organizational projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Very good German, English, and French skills (at least C1), Italian is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- High resilience and ability to keep an overview even under high pace
- Strong organizational talent and joy in coordination
- Service-oriented and communicative personality
- Team player, flexible, and quick comprehension
