Job description
The services of family activation are aimed at families with children and adolescents in difficult and stressful situations. Their psychosocial everyday life has become unbalanced. We work for the benefit of the child/adolescent. Strengthening families means for us supporting parents in managing their respective parenting tasks and children in managing their respective developmental tasks. Our work is based on sound psychosocial diagnostics and interventions derived from them. For the outreach family activation team measures - we are looking to expand our team immediately or by arrangement for a female youth coach/family coach (60-80%) for outpatient and outreach work mainly with female adolescents with psychosocial treatment needs and their family systems. Area of responsibility youth/family coach
- outpatient/outreach youth coaching with female adolescents with psychosocial treatment needs and their family systems
- close cooperation with psychiatric-therapeutic institutions
- Methods: schema counseling and schema coaching
- resource- and solution-oriented work involving the family and reference system
- recognizing, naming and addressing deficits
- benevolent persistence and perseverance with difficult clients
- constructive and transparent cooperation with all parties involved
- preparation and conduct of location meetings
- cooperation/networking with involved specialist offices, therapists, schools, etc.
- writing protocols, interim and final reports
- assignments mainly in the city/canton of Lucerne, partly in the neighboring cantons
- Degree in social work, psychology, social pedagogy (HF, FH, university) or comparable qualifications
- Knowledge in the field of working on and with schemas desired - corresponding further training in schema coaching will be enabled
- Personality with high professional competence as well as empathy, reliability, clarity, authenticity and humor
- High resilience and flexibility
- Good verbal and written expression
- Organized and structured working
- Willingness for continuous further training in the required methods and instruments
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
