About the job

HITZBERGER reinterprets fast food: healthy, sustainable and top in taste. Following recipes by former Michelin-starred chef Eduard Hitzberger (18 Gault-Millau points and 2 Michelin stars), the range consists of fresh wraps, poké bowls, sandwiches, salads, smoothies and breakfast variations.

What you will achieve

• Production of our fresh products
• Sales at the till as well as advising guests about our products and their natural ingredients
• Coordination of shift supervisors and team players
• Opening and closing of the business including till reconciliation and shift responsibility
• Ordering and stock control

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Advantageous in gastronomy
• Work experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in gastronomy or retail
• You want to gain initial leadership experience
• You enjoy working both at the front and in administration
• As a host with great passion, the well-being of guests is very important to you
• Additionally, you are innovative, flexible and have a flair for numbers
• Training in gastronomy is an advantage
• German (A2)
