Introduction

For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for several

Type of Work

• You lead a team of permanent and temporary employees clearly, fairly and consistently, even when it gets hectic in the evening
• You communicate clearly and solution-oriented with logistics service providers, drivers and internal departments
• Precise and consistent work according to GDP guidelines (when checking narcotics and refrigerated goods or when inspecting shipments based on loading lists)
• Creating deployment, shift and holiday planning, you keep an overview even in case of delays or bottlenecks
• If something goes wrong in the evening routine, you independently take measures, from redistributing personnel to blocking goods to releasing tours
• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP or warehouse systems is a plus
• You question processes, implement improvements and keep your team fit through SOPs and training

Requirements Profile

• Willingness to work evenings from Monday to Friday
• Leadership experience in logistics, warehousing or order picking, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
