- Leading, organising and conducting learning events and courses for professional staff and specialists of the army and RUAG AG
- Creating and revising e-learnings, curricula and training documentation
- Organising and providing training resources and materials as well as technical support including management of training equipment
- Supporting individual learning processes and conducting training assessments
- Participation in operational day-to-day business including customer support.
You bring this with you
- Completed basic technical training (ideally in electronics, network technology or computer science)
- Several years of professional experience (in education / teaching or instructor role)
- SVEB module certificate 1, good SAP and IT knowledge combined with analytical and technical understanding
- Interest and motivation in ICT security and crypto topics
- High initiative, reliability and organisational talent with a confident manner
- Excellent German and English as well as good French skills
- Driving licence category B required
- Willingness to be on call
- Swiss nationality (functionally required) mandatory
